    Great KNOWLEDGE! We are buying bikes for our family for Christmas. A daunting mission without any knowledge. The boys at Cycology were very patient as they explained the difference in the bikes and their components. They then allowed us to ride them to make sure we liked them. Thank you!

    OK - so they service and supply me parts for all my mountain and road bikes so my needs are varied. I can say I have found their service to be up front and honest. My last purchase was a $5K mountain bike and all in all a fabulous job setting the bike up. I can also say they have done a great job keeping my other bikes serviced. They recently helped me resolve a crappy rear brake issue spending way more time than charged for to get it right. Very happy. Remember folks they are a business and need to make profit to provide a service. For me they are local and convenient and meet my expectations. I would and have recommended them and will look forward to my next purchase...an upgrade to the road bike.

    *In my experience after they attempted what they would call a repair. My Bike had to be repaired buy a second shop under Giants Instruction who found countless faults in their workmanship.

    Great guys to deal with. Barney and Ian always look after me really well. I've bought approximately 10 bikes over the last 5 years and never had a problem ever. Always do a great deal and always have the bike I need in stock.

    They charged me $195 to perform a warranty frame replacement when no charge should have been made. They just decided that I needed certain parts replaced and replaced them without reference to myself. For example they thought I needed the brake pads replaced (they didnt) but instead of just replacing the pads, they replaced the pads and shoes.

    I also took the time to inform Giant about how poorly their agent acted. Their response was sorry I had a problem with them. No action out of Giant either.

    I was Left with no other option but to get my bike repaired a second time after Cyology had a crack at it by a combatant well established shop , who informed me of countless issues with their workmanship.
